Many times in our lives we change things or ourselves, but we forget that the fundamental thing is to really get to know ourselves completely, in other words, self-knowledge. Self-knowledge is a form of individual investigation, such as: what our most important characteristics are, our behavior patterns, our tastes and feelings, in short, knowing who we really are.
When we really know ourselves, we have great power in our hands to make our lives more balanced and happier. It's as if we had a key that shows us our limits, weaknesses and strengths, which helps us a lot when making decisions and changes if they are really necessary. We can start to get to know ourselves by understanding what our temperament is, our way of acting and reacting to day-to-day events in life.
Our temperament can be considered something biological and character is built through relationships and habits that each individual has in the face of lived experiences, thus establishing a person's personality. For this reason it is very important that you know yourself and know how to live in harmony with yourself and not suffer from the various situations that are not in your control.Self-esteem is another significant aspect of being more you. Look for things in yourself that make you feel good, value yourself and never let anyone put you down, trust in your ability to be happy and fulfilled, without having to prove anything to anyone.
Another thing you should know about yourself is trust. When you have self-confidence there is a conviction that you are capable of living your life to the full, you trust in your abilities, qualities and you know that you can also have moments of failure, but you don't let yourself be beaten and you learn a lot from any defeats you may have suffered and can do things differently.
Believe that self-knowledge is extremely important for your evolution.
