Because of this, there is a function in most applications and programs that require registration, which is the function to remember your password. This function allows you to create a new password for your account, which replaces the old one, all you usually need is your e-mail address. In this article we'll show you how to use this function on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Facebook

First open your Facebook and make sure you haven't registered it, then click on "Forgot Password?", located below the blue "Login" button. Now you have two options: recover your password by e-mail or by phone. If you want to do it by phone, just type it in the blank and press "Find your account", or if you want to do it by email, tap "Search by your email" at the bottom of the screen, enter your email in the blank and press the blue button to finish. After that, tap on "Get code" and go to your phone or email, and enter the code that was sent to you in the space marked "Enter code", click on "Continue" and create a new password.

Instagram

On the registration page, click on "Forgot your password?", then enter your email, phone number or username in the gray space, remembering that the data you choose must be linked to your account. You will now be taken to a space where you will need to create a new password with 5 letters, combining at least 1 number, letter and special characters such as "!" or "?", once you have created your password, click on "reset password".

Twitter

Open twitter without being logged in and then tap on "Forgot your password?". Enter your email, phone number or username in the blank space, depending on how you want to receive your verification code, either by email or by phone. Now, if you have chosen the telephone option, a code will be sent to your desired means of verification, you need to put it in the blank to confirm and then create a new password, or if you have chosen email, you will be sent a message from twiiter, open it and click on "Reset Password" and then create your password. Remember that strong passwords have numbers, letters and special characters such as "$" or "#".
