Social inequality around the world

According to Karl Marx (German sociologist), the origin of inequality lay in the unequal relationship of forces in which the owners of the means of production (the bourgeoisie) exploited the labor of the weaker social classes, their labor force. These workers needed to work to ensure their survival. Today it's not much different, as many wealthy business owners still use the labor of the less fortunate to get richer.
It is logical that today, in our modern society, workers are no longer treated as they were in the last century, they have their labor rights and are no longer exploited by their employers, although we have seen many cases of labor exploitation around the world that deserve a fairer look.
Every company has to provide its employees with decent working conditions. Employees sell their labor, what they do best, and the company needs this labor to thrive.
All over the world, we see economic inequality increasing every day. Those who should be fighting for the rights of their people often only see power. There is a poor distribution of income, a lack of investment in social areas, in education and in health.
When people don't receive what they are entitled to (education, health and decent work), they become hostages to those who have valuable resources, and inequality arises. Many studies show that there are regions around the world where the gap between incomes is very wide, and these regions are certainly unequal. A few have resources and a lot of power, and many don't even have the basics to survive.
What has been happening for many years in every corner of the world is corruption, where those who should be looking after their people practice this evil, appropriating public resources in their favor, emptying the coffers and failing to offer basic services to their people.
Is social inequality related to justice?
We start from the principle that all individuals in a society have equal duties and rights by law, such as the right to health, education, security and work, and that the state must provide them while respecting its law. Justice follows the path of the law, but we know that it undergoes constant changes in every society throughout the world.
This issue generates a lot of conflict, but we must rethink our actions and values and establish good dialogues between all forces, so that we can begin to understand our society better and make it a better place to live.
