We are born, we grow up and we die. We know that at some point in our lives we will go through the process of death. However, most people have a fear of dying, as if it were activated within us. A question:
- What will mine be like and when?
We are afraid of dying, either from illness or violence, but not only do we feel this fear of our own death, we also feel it when we lose someone very important in our lives, such as a family member, a friend, in short, a person who is close to us and who we care about. Some people always live with a peak of stress, triggering a certain amount of anxiety, and so the "alarm button" is turned on in us. Why do we feel this fear?
What lies beyond death?
These are questions that are very present in our existence and I believe they still don't have absolute answers. Naturally, we try to avoid death even though we know it will happen at some point.
We must face this process in a healthy way. Religion, for example, is a way in which many seek an answer, because we find in faith a comfort, a support that strengthens us and it is in faith that this fear is destroyed because we believe in a full life and thus find the answer to our doubts, but even having the comfort of religion it is always important to seek help from a qualified medical professional so that you can treat this "FEAR"
But I don't believe that everyone finds the answer in religion because there are skeptical people, without any belief and these people look for other ways to cure this fear, most of the time they seek professional help. Our life has to have meaning, we have to have goals that make it full of ideals, dreams, plans, valuing every moment, but how?
- Living well with people and with yourself, taking pleasure in helping yourself and others who may need it. Seek your well-being, live intensely, because this way you won't have time or even the desire to think about death, because you'll be focused on life and not death.
