We need to be vigilant whenever we receive criticism, especially destructive criticism, as it can be aimed at harming you.
Here are some important points to help us deal safely with destructive criticism:
Be resilient and respectfully and calmly tell the critic that there is no room for productive dialog.
Both constructive and destructive criticism are important in your process of evolution. The way in which they are given is what indicates the situation.
It's always a good idea to extract some information from criticism that can contribute to your success.
