How to Create and Edit YouTube Videos

YouTube, one of the largest video platforms in the world today, has been around for around 10 years and has had a huge impact on the internet and society in general. This platform offers various types of options for your videos, including themes, recommendations, etc. Within the platform, there are content creators who produce videos for users to watch, and these creators can make their videos in different ways and with different themes. When starting out as a content creator, you may not know any of the options the platform offers you, so we've prepared a tutorial on how to upload and edit a video on your YouTube channel.

Creating Videos

The most important task of the creator, after all, without video none of the other things will be possible as a content creator, so learn step by step how to create your video on youtube:

Have the video file, which can be done in many applications depending on your device, computer/mobile phone;
Click on the top right side of the YouTube home page, where your profile picture will be;
Now open the first option, called “Your Channel”;
Click on the “Manage Videos” button;
Now, click on “Upload videos” and then choose your file.
That’s it, now to finish, just choose the video options such as title, description and many others.

Edit videos

This is a very important and useful task in the life of a content creator, often used to correct errors when creating the video, and to use it you need to follow these steps:

Click on the top right side of the YouTube home page, where your profile picture will be;
Now open the first option, called “Your Channel”;
Click on the “Manage Videos” button;
Now, click on the pencil icon on the desired video, which is called “Details”;
After that, all the settings of your video will be able to be edited. At the end of the process, just click on the “Save” option to save the changes.
