The number of people choosing to eat a vegan diet is increasing all over the world, whether it's out of love for animals or a choice to live a healthier life with food produced naturally from the earth. There are many reasons why people choose a vegan lifestyle, but it's not just about food, it's about survival, such as not accepting to eat or consume any product of animal origin.
There are many benefits to being vegan, and I'll mention just a few:
The choice to live a life of conscious consumption is fundamental for vegans. Vegans do not accept animal testing, as we know that many products are tested on animals before they are approved for the market, causing suffering to so many defenseless animals, who in many cases are sacrificed. Vegans defend the idea of taking advantage of everything that nature offers us, a diversity of fruit, vegetable and edible plant foods and stop slaughtering animals for consumption, giving animals the freedom to live.
It is not necessary to consume products from the exploitation of animals in order to survive. Are those who consume products from animals aware of how these animals have been killed to meet the demand for meat on the market? Animals cannot defend themselves, they also feel fear and pain and there is no animal that wants to die, they want and deserve to be free and no longer suffer abuse and aggression both for the tests carried out on them and to serve as food for humans.
Let's reflect more on this issue and start finding healthy ways for human and animal survival.
