There are various types of loss that we suffer throughout our lives and each one has a degree of significance and importance.
But when we are faced with the death of someone who is very important in our lives, who we love very much, it is undoubtedly a difficult and painful process.
There are people who know how to cope better with loss and move on with their lives, but there are people who don't know how to move on when they suffer a definitive absence in their lives.
We're going to talk to those people who have difficulty accepting someone's death.
When we no longer have someone in our lives who was very important to us, we feel a deep emptiness and often don't know how to overcome this absence.
Some people fall into such a deep sadness, a loneliness, that if left untreated it can develop into depression.
Although we know that one day we will leave, there are people who don't know how to deal with death, who can't manage their emotions and the pain of mourning.
The grieving process is painful, but it is possible to learn to deal with it in a healthy way.
Don't repress your feelings, such as sadness and longing, because it's necessary to feel them and understand that mourning is important for your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
After the mourning process, resume your life, following your routine of work, leisure with friends, living with family, in short, follow your life in a healthy way and don't just think about your loss, because you are alive and you need to move on.
Of course it's good to remember the person who meant so much to us, but don't overdo it.
It's not a good thing to deal with grief alone and in isolation.
Seek help from a friend or family member and even psychological help, as they will help you a lot in this grieving process.
We know that the pain is immense, but if you know how to treat it, your life will be lighter.
