What do you mean by natural beauty?

In a world where appearance is very much in evidence, seeing and valuing our natural beauty is really a gift we give ourselves.

The concept of beauty has always undergone changes, always following fashion, valuing what fit within the "standards" of world fashion.

What's in evidence today is the value and importance of what's inside us, and with this more precise look we accept who we are.

When we don't accept our natural beauty very well, both internally and externally, we often adopt artificiality.

But how does natural beauty relate to aesthetics?

It depends a lot on how much we really know each other and whether we also value ourselves as we are.

A good example of this is when we look in the mirror and don't accept what we see. At that moment, we start to look at what we need to change in ourselves, because we don't think we fit into today's world.

Are we being influenced by the bosses of aesthetics?

When we stop seeing our natural beauty in ourselves, we also stop seeing what we are and how we are.

I'm not in any way saying that we shouldn't use aesthetic techniques and procedures, I just believe that accepting our beauty is of the utmost importance for self-love and that aesthetics only adds to and doesn't change who we are.

In order to show society a standardized beauty, many people adopt procedures that modify them externally, others hide behind filters in their photos, so they end up enslaving themselves to the "standards" of beauty.

But much has changed, with both women and men adopting naturalness  and the simplicity of how they are and living very well with it.

Adopting natural beauty is not a war against the world of artificial aesthetics, it's just a matter of choice.

Free yourself, value yourself and accept who you really are.

Be happy.
