Don't feel guilty if you don't like your job, because it's normal at some point in our lives to no longer identify with what we have to do in order to survive.
But don't stop being a focused, determined professional because you no longer feel happy with what you do.When we stop successfully carrying out our responsibilities, we stop being professionals.
If your work no longer satisfies you, you need to complete all your commitments accurately so that you can then move on to a new opportunity.
You need to assess very carefully whether this isn't just a phase of stress that you're going through, because if it is, it's important to talk to your supervisor about it and, if possible, take some time off, like a vacation, to re-evaluate whether it's really the job that isn't doing you any good or whether it's you who isn't doing well.
If it turns out that the job no longer makes you happy, it's important to fulfill all your commitments to honor the trust you've been given and then quit, so that you remain firmly in the job market with a positive CV.
It's not because you have a degree in a certain profession that makes you work in that career all your life. It's normal to find new paths in life and set new ideals.
But if you identify that the problem lies with you, such as severe stress, depression or discouragement, you need treatment so that you can be fully whole and focused on your professional career.
There will always be good days and bad days in our lives, but understand that you need to be whole, confident and focused to overcome the adversities that arise.
Don't give up when problems seem big, they only exist so that we can solve them, so believe in yourself and bet on your ability to overcome them.
