Fashion is nothing more than a lifestyle, a cultural language that expresses an identity that is reflected from generation to generation. Do you feel fashionable? Dressing the way you want, respecting your body, your tastes and your comfort is your fashion, because when we respect who we are, our style and our personality, we are our fashion standard.

And what is the secret of fashion?

The secret is to feel safe  and at the same time bold with what you wear. Have the freedom to be who you are and then you'll wear what you want, having your own style.

But if I have my own style, will I be faithful to fashion?

If you're authentic and enjoy your way of being, you respect yourself, you're sure to be faithful to fashion, your fashion. Fashion has to do with your passion and your common sense will surely make you adapt your style to every place you go.

But what does it mean to be up to standard?

The existence of a socially accepted standard as a model to be followed only shows us that in our current reality it is no longer so admired, because we have evolved our thinking and accept ourselves as we are. Nobody dictates rules to us.

I'd like to highlight a few tips that will greatly strengthen our acceptance.

• Be smart about your standards, love yourself and accept your body as it is.
• Avoid toxic people who tell you that you're out of fashion, either because you're overweight or underweight, or because you're wearing something they don't like.
• Avoid destructive thoughts. Start seeing your qualities.
• Don't wear clothes that hide you, accept your body and allow yourself to dare. Know that you have a glow all your own.

Don't copy anyone to be fashionable, because you are capable of creating your own fashion, your style of living and dressing is the characteristic of your way of being.
