Personal and Professional Balance for the Modern Woman

Since ancient civilizations, women have been subordinate to men, responsible for caring for the family, such as looking after the house, food and children. They were practically forced to marry at an early age, and in many cases it was the families who chose their future husbands. They also had to have many children, which was considered a matter of family survival. For many years, this work was seen as invisible, in other words, it was considered an obligation that women had, since it was the man who worked to support his family.

In modern society, women are no longer subjected to this. Today, women have acquired a freedom of choice that makes them just as capable as men. Nowadays, women have achieved a freedom of choice that they had idealized for so long.  Modern women are the ones who choose whether they want to care only for their families or prioritize their professional lives or reconcile them perfectly without harming either. She performs multiple tasks, is a warrior and knows her worth in today's society.

I'd like to point out here that women who choose to look after their families alone, who prioritize childcare for example, are just as much warriors as those who work outside the home, because looking after a whole family is not a task but rather love. Because in the past she didn't have the option to choose or reconcile the two, and today she has this choice and many, in agreement with their families, choose to look after them, often giving up on studying and growing professionally and are happy, with no demands.

This act of love has and deserves to be highlighted, because today's woman doesn't see it as an obligation, if she has chosen to take care of her family physically and emotionally, it's because she wanted to, without obligation, it's simply love.  In modern society, women choose what really makes them happy and fulfilled, they define their limits, they have their space and right to a voice, without being diminished in any way.

The figure of women today is one of independence.
