Are there differences?

We idealize a fairer society, fraternal and united, where there are no social inequalities and that everyone has the same duties and rights. Could it be that we only idealize and don't have the courage or will to put it into practice? Why is it that human beings always want to be the "best" and the "greatest"? We don't realize that when we want to be better than others we are already making a distinction.
I understand that we don't want to suffer and I think it's fair for everyone to have a healthy and happy life, to realize their ideals, nobody wants to suffer. However, when we value this growth, we have to understand that if at some point in your life you achieve what you've dreamed of, you don't have to distinguish the other as greater or lesser than you.
You can have great achievements here on earth, but you are never greater or lesser than the other. You can have a more abundant life, but the one who doesn't have the same abundance as you is not considered "lesser" than you. We are all equal as human beings, but we have our differences in thoughts, attitudes and it is for these reasons that we interact with each other, so that we can give and receive new knowledge.
Sometimes we make mistakes, it's normal, but we can't see or perhaps recognize our mistakes, and another person can help us see that we have failed and that we need to change. Good debate is always welcome, because exchanging ideas only adds to our process of evolution, so don't criticize or belittle what is different, open your mind and listen more, believe that it will be very fruitful and beneficial for everyone.
We shouldn't lock ourselves away in our "little world" and not worry about what comes from outside it, as if nothing affects us, don't do that! Collaborate more with your environment, your society and you can be sure that you'll be much richer as a human being, you'll be a very happy person, because it's not what we have that makes us happy, it's what we are here, how useful we can be to others.
