Born between 2010 and 2025, Generation Alpha was born and is growing up in a connected and technological world, shaping their needs and preferences.

This is a generation that tends to be more media literate and knows very well what is reality and fiction and what is fake. They are more flexible and have a high potential for innovation, being able to accept anything new easily. Generation Alpha's relationship with technology is literally intertwined, because they have never experienced any other reality. Technology and the large amount of time they spend connected mean that this Generation receives a lot of visual and interactive stimuli anywhere and at any time.

They establish connections on different types of subjects, because they have the skills to do so. On the other hand, they can become impatient or stressed people. For Generation Alpha it is impossible to live without technology, because it is an integral part of their lives. The physical and digital worlds are extremely interconnected. A young person from Generation Alpha cannot do without a cell phone, without access to the Internet, it's as if "the air" is missing for this Generation Alpha. It is also a Generation that is very involved in diversity issues, for them being different is normal and that's okay.

They have great problem-solving skills and thus find time to apply themselves to new challenges. Alphas will certainly have more opportunities and more chances of success than their parents and grandparents from previous generations, but we mustn't forget that they need good guidance and support from their parents, so that isolation doesn't occur, causing a lack of communication, interaction, concentration and also anxiety. There must be a set time for Internet access, because they also need human contact for their evolution.
