Living together in society does us a lot of good, both in the family, which makes us feel protected and loved, and with friends and at work, we also feel needed, we are an important part of the construction of the environment in which we live. But there are circumstances in our lives when for some reason we feel alone, a loneliness that is sometimes desired and needed to put our minds in order, and other times we don't want it, but we find ourselves alone, in a loneliness that causes us fear and sadness, a feeling of abandonment.

There are many causes for the fear of loneliness, but here I would like to highlight one of them, which is abandonment or some trauma of having been alone at some point in your life that made you feel very afraid. Sometimes your fear of being alone is so great that for no reason you feel ignored or abandoned.

Dealing with the fear of loneliness isn't easy, but it is possible. When we identify the source of the fear of loneliness, it becomes more visible so that you can treat it and the help of a professional is super valuable and important, because together you will find ways to work on the issues and find solutions to the fear of loneliness.

Know that we all have values and are capable of being very happy on our own or not. Understand that you don't need other people to be happy. If you're feeling lonely, review the events and then you'll know if something happened to make people distance themselves from you or if it was you who, without realizing it, ended up distancing yourself from others.

Only you know what's on your mind, so only you will know the answer and you will certainly know how to solve problems if there are any. Don't think you're alone, know that everyone also has commitments, just like you and you have to fulfill them, but there are moments that you can use to interact with your friends, family, in short, there are many ways to live well both alone and with others.
