Violence within the family environment has occurred very frequently in our society and has had an extremely harmful effect on those who suffer this type of violence. Many behaviors that were once accepted no longer have a place today, as we are more informed and thus aware of our rights.
Physical force and psychological aggression are censored by the constitutional rights of each country, but unfortunately they still occur all over the world.

The damage caused by violence within the family environment is many and can leave many negative marks on those who suffer from it. The family is the first environment in which we actively participate, it is the place where we should receive love, affection, security, in short, well-being.When there is a lack of security, love and reciprocity within the family, the individual suffers from this absence.  There are family environments in which parents or children, as well as some loved ones, are involved in drugs and alcohol, which can greatly increase violence, both physical and psychological.

Physical violence is violence that hurts the body, but also the person's psyche, leaving marks that can greatly affect the life of the person who is going through this situation. There are slaps, punches, punches, among many other types of aggression, where there are cases that can lead to unimaginable consequences in the life of the person who suffers the violence and can even lead to death. All physical violence is accompanied by psychological violence, because it is accompanied by fear and anger.Physical parental violence leaves psychological marks to the extent that the victims have to undergo psychological treatment, because it can affect the person's mental health. When a person suffers physical parental violence it is common to see only the physical side, such as injuries to the body, but we have to understand that there are psychological injuries that greatly affect the person's life. Sleep disturbance, insecurity, fear are some examples of the damage caused by parental violence.

Psychological parental violence occurs through threats, malicious and destructive criticism, insults and humiliation. There are countless reports of people suffering from depression and a crisis of self-esteem and stress as a result of suffering psychological parental aggression. There is also sexual parental violence, where the aggressor uses seduction or threats to achieve their goal, leaving immeasurable marks on the life of the person who has been assaulted.

The psychological parental violence is also known as sexual violence, where the aggressor uses seduction or threats to achieve their goal, leaving immeasurable marks on the life of the person who has been assaulted. Our home is the place where we should feel security, support and comfort and when we feel that it is not safe we should seek help. Never be silent, seek support through reliable institutions, friends, neighbors and other family members who trust. If you know someone who is going through this situation, offer help and also contact the responsible agencies for protecting the person. Never remain silent, because the aggressor must be held responsible and the victim must be treated.
