There are times in our lives when we go through difficult situations, which make us stop and just reflect on what we are experiencing and we realize that there is an empty space inside us, as if we were missing something to complement us.
Usually, this emotional emptiness is the result of some loss in our lives, some disappointment with someone we admire very much, some difficulty, a lack of love and affection, among other situations.
The impact of both losses and disappointments can cause such great suffering that in many cases the person leaves the scene and isolates themselves from their family, friends, work and social life.
You feel sad and believe that it would be better to isolate yourself in order to experience your sadness. You don't understand that isolation can increase the emptiness and sadness inside you.
But how can we overcome this emotional void?
While you're living, all you need to do is love and appreciate yourself. If at some point in your life you need to leave the scene to reflect and evaluate events, don't be afraid. Yes, leave the scene and take stock of your life, so that you can understand what's going on in a more conscious way and have optimum results in resolving any problems.
Both the good and the bad times will serve as a school for you to strengthen your emotions and your way of being and living your life.
Always take care of yourself!!!
