Our life is made up of good and bad moments, joys and sorrows, it's part of our experience to go through situations like this. That's why it's super important to have something that motivates us to move on and face difficult situations. Surely there's someone in your life or somewhere  that inspires you to live better and believe that it's wonderful to be here experiencing moments of great contentment and peace.

But can I only be well in this universe if I have something, someone or somewhere to inspire me?

The answer lies within you. There is no rule or pre-established concept, because your inspiration can be yourself, in fact you are your best inspiration, you just have to look at yourself and realize that your inner light will only be on if you allow it to be. People pass through our lives and if they have done us good, we certainly have to be grateful for every happy moment lived and you may also have served as an inspiration to others, it is a very welcome exchange, because it only contributes to our process of positive evolution in our inner universe.

Life is magnificent and when it is full of inspirations and also reflections, everything has color and enchantment and so we allow ourselves to be happy. Always believe that there is a reason for you to be here, that your life has every meaning.A good example of what I'm talking about is feeling love.  Love is the greatest source of inspiration you can have, because it motivates you every day of your life to be the best you for yourself and also for others. Only love can bring out the best in you, so it is your greatest inspiration.

You were born to be happy, don't waste your life on insignificant things, learn from your mistakes and be inspired by what makes you full and happy.
