Born from 1946 to 1964
After the end of the Second World War, soldiers euphorically returned to their families, and a considerable increase in the number of babies was recorded shortly afterwards, calling it an "explosion" of births. These children became known as the Baby Boomer Generation. It was this generation that restructured their countries after the war.

It's a generation that preaches peace, family and always seeks stability. Baby Boomers are disciplined people, committed to their family and work and are also very competitive. They are conservative and always seek to live according to what they consider to be the right principles. They don't give up having their own home and financial stability. It's very common to see Baby Boomers working in the same company for years until they retire.

They are not the kind of people who love challenges, they are very "down to earth". For this generation, recognition is the result of their dedication and experience. As they come from a very different era to the other generations, Baby Boomers don't venture into the unknown. They are certainly a generation that seeks to evolve, but they don't risk everything they've achieved to embark on a new project. The lives of those born into the Baby Boomer Generation were not very easy, because they were born in the aftermath of the Second World War, at a time of great insecurity and difficulties, which made this generation strong and determined, unafraid to face the challenges that life could impose on them.

For them, work has always been seen as a philosophy of life. The future and stability are the main concerns of this generation. Baby Boomers respect authorities, older people and value teachers, who for this generation are important in building an individual's educational and social formation.
