People are different and so are their temperaments, let's talk about the 5 types of temperaments. But what can we really understand about the temperament of the human being? Temperament is the personality of each person, you are born with it, but it can be controlled through self-knowledge. How do you deal with and behave in the situations you have to experience?
There are studies of human temperaments all over the world, focused on self-knowledge and psychology, where they contribute greatly to the mental and behavioral balance of countless people. There are 4 types of human temperaments:
Each temperament has strengths and weaknesses, but if you know your temperament type well you can adapt and also control yourself in the face of negative situations that arise in your life. Another fundamental and positive point in knowing yourself is that you can exploit your strengths and achieve great success both personally and professionally.
